What can I expect during couples therapy?
The first several sessions we will take your personal histories, relationship history, and remind each other what drew you to your partner in the first place. We will then take stock of strengths and opportunities for growth. We will use your strengths as individuals and as a couple to build a scaffold of trust, respect, and healthy communication.
